Return & Exchange Policy
Please note shipping details for within the UK and internationally. We aim to dispatch as soon as orders are received but depending on stock held please allow for three additional days from order time for dispatch of all card and print purchases.
Shipping times are as follows from dispatch:
UK Small Item Postage - 3-4 Days
UK Commission Postage - 4-5 Days
Small Item International Postage - Up to 2 weeks
Commissions International Postage - Up to 2 weeks
Commissions above a size A5 where allowing may be packaged in a tubular parcel with packing.
Postage prices are available on each items store page and when inquiries are made for a commission.

If you wish to cancel an order if you've changed your mind or by error please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations WON'T be accepted after this time as they are already with the supplier. To cancel an order please use the contact form and state your order date, and request cancellation.
For damaged goods received (We take great care but unfortunately It can happen in post.) Please send a photo of the product affected, to the contact form here and please specify if you would like a replacement (If applicable) or refund. Once we have seen the images, a replacement or refund can be issued in full including postage and item cost. Any items on sale will receive the sale price refund and postage paid.
